Introduction
In October 2005 my first book, “Xsist for Reflection and Contemplation with your Inner Self” was published. The book Xsist is a guide on your journey to your deeper truth in which I share the start of my personal journey, my lessons and insights. ”
From the very beginning, when I opened up to get reacquainted with my true self; Spirit has guided me and showed me the importance of unconditional love, truth and trust. Their guidance made my road to recollection lighter as it motivated and inspired me on many levels when they showed me the depth of the universe and her wonders.
During my Self-Awareness workshops I was lead to create the “Wheel towards Self- Awareness”, to help you visualize the important steps to walk through, to reach full circle in your own journey towards Self-Awareness. This wheel will be used as a guideline in this manual.
The “Wheel” is not a one time trip to take, it is a cycle that keeps repeating itself, touching different issues/subjects/matters that are prominent and seemingly minor within our lives until we have find full understanding and clarity about our inner self and true hearts desires. In this manual, the different steps will be discussed and you will be invited to (re)discover your own answers on all the questions your mind may have.
Facing our fears, acknowledging our inner powers are both key in retrieving and lifting the veil that has been covering up our personal truth.
The information I share I received from spirit on my own personal journey that continues for as long as I am. My intention is to give you tools in the form of this manual that can help guide you on your own personal road called Life and will aid in reconnecting yourself with your true spirit and soul.
