How to heal
Healing requires willingness and trust so our energy port opens up.
First of all before you start the healing session, it is important to clear your mind from thoughts that can be disturbing and negatively affecting the healing session.
Examples of clearing the mind and cleansing your environment:
You can clear your mind by meditation, or if you don’t have the time to meditate, focus on love, positive energy and white light.
Inhale and exhale as often as you feel is necessary to clear your system. While inhaling visualize white light and purity entering your body, and while exhaling visualize all the negative energy that might be within you flow through your feet into the ground where it will be neutralized by mother earth.
Wash your hands and visualize the negative energy flowing out of your hands into the sink, through the pipes into mother earth where it will be neutralized.
Use bells or chimes to clear the air around you and to clear your aura
Burn incense or sage to clear the air around you and to cleans your aura.
Pray and ask for cleansing and protection for you and the person you are about to help.
Rub your hands with Frankincense oil and wipe your aura and the persons aura you are about to help.
You can use all the above before starting or a few of them. Important is to create your own ritual that you feel belongs to you.
Always call upon the universal healing energy and ask protection (for yourself and the other) and guidance from the Light/God/Higher forces - as you wish.
No matter how much you love the person you are about to help, always love yourself first. The reason why is; empathy can make you use your own energy instead of the universal healing energy to heal the person. This will make you weak and vulnerable for illnesses and negative energy and very disoriented after and sometimes even during the healing session. So always “program” yourself to use the universal healing energy that is given to you.
Healing energy can be redirected by our minds/thoughts and you can use your hands as a medium (or both).
